CINT Volunteers
To feel at home in Styria and to experience work and life, you need a community. Be a part of CINT Volunteers! In a multicultural city like Graz, we strive to strengthen the international CINT community. Our vision is a diverse and open community where willingness to help means people can not only settle in, but also feel at home. In November 2023, CINT founded a first team of volunteers, and we’re growing our group to create even more onboarding days and community events. As an event & community genius, you support CINT at various events and take ownership of new CINT activities – be it culinary experiences or talent shows.
Feel good onboarders are welcome buddies for newcomers in Styria and help them get to know their new hometown during a personal onboarding day. Be a host and show newcomers around!
Are you interested in becoming a CINT Volunteer and supporting our team? Any helping hand is more than welcome! Don’t hesitate to contact us via e-mail to info@cint.at and become part of this initiative. Let’s actively shape the CINT spirit to create a community where everyone feels welcome, appreciated, and safe.

ENGLISH NATIVE SPEAKER IN STYRIAN KINDERGARTENS
The project "English Native Speaker in Styrian Kindergartens" was launched in the winter semester of 2012/2013 on the initiative of the Styrian Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Club International. Our native speakers promote the English language and foster intercultural diversity among children aged 3 to 5 years.
For native speakers, who are often partners of expatriates working in Styria, this project serves as a key to social networking. Weekly activities allow children to learn English through play and to gain insights into other cultures. The project furthermore helps children broaden their horizons, emphasizes intercultural appreciation, strengthens diversity in Styrian kindergartens, and conveys an inclusive sense of community.
„In today’s global and digital working environment, English is the undisputed number one language.
With our project, we want to start with the very youngest and promote foreign language learning.
We are delighted that the federal state of Styria and the city of Graz, as project partners, are making an important contribution to the future of our children. With this project, we are pioneers throughout Austria.”

PILOT PROJECT: FREE
GERMAN COURSES FOR OUR
EXPATRIATES
Collaborative German learning for shared growth. This is the motto under which we were launching our pilot project in the spring of 2024 in cooperation with the Österreichischer Integrationsfonds (ÖIF) and the language institutes "Deutsch und mehr" and "Deutsch in Graz". Following the success of the first round, we were able to offer further courses in autumn 2024. The fall courses are currently ongoing, so no registration possible at the moment. As for 2025, we will keep you updated.
Twice a week participants enjoy high-quality German lessons tailored to their individual language level. The courses are subsidised by the ÖIF and are free of charge for our expatriates if they comply with the conditions of participation. An opportunity that CINT members should not miss!
We have the unique chance to reach not only international employees of our member companies, but also their partners. We offer these courses as "exclusive" CINT German courses – the specific group of highly qualified people is taken into account by the language institutes.
We assume rapidly increasing progress!
We strengthen the CINT community and networking among our members. We increase the chances of highly qualified, not yet employed partners on the labour market. We contribute to the long-term retention of these global talents and thus strengthen Styria as a business location.
