Thrilling excursion to the Graz Museum of Natural History

Opened in March 2013, the museum of natural history in the heart of Graz thrills its visitors with fascinating insights into the evolution of life and the resulting diversity of nature. In a multi-disciplinary permanent exhibition of biological and geographic sampels, the museum gives an overview over hundreds of millions of years. A mineral collection traced back to archduke Johann could be marveled by the participants as well as some stunning anatomical preparations of all kinds of animals and impressive pictures of Styria from prehistoric times up to today. After 1 ½ hours of amazing exhibits, a buffet invited the partaking expatriates to network and to recall their impressions. There was agreement about at least one point: “It is always pleasant to meet with other Internationals at such great events!”
